Welcome to Relationship Warrior. By using this website, booking a session, joining a program, purchasing a course, attending a workshop, joining a subscription, or participating in any service provided by Relationship Warrior, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Relationship Warrior provides coaching, education, personal development, emotional healing, spiritual healing, relationship healing, self-worth support, group coaching, online courses, memberships, live events, retreats and related services.

Our work is designed to support clients with personal growth, emotional awareness, self-worth, healing from toxic or narcissistic relationships, boundaries, self-love, mindset, energy alignment and creating healthier relationships.

Our services are not a replacement for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or crisis support.

  1. Eligibility

By using this website or purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

You also confirm that all information you provide to us is true, accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe our services are not suitable for your needs, or if participation may not be appropriate for you at the time.

We are committed to providing high-quality support, tools, teachings and resources. However, results are not guaranteed.

Your results may vary depending on your personal circumstances, commitment, participation, mindset, life situation, health, support network and willingness to apply the tools provided.

  1. Purchases, Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars unless stated otherwise.

When you purchase a product, course, session, membership, event, retreat or program, you agree to pay the amount shown at checkout, on your invoice, or in your signed agreement.

Payment may be required in full or through an approved payment plan.

If you enter into a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments according to the agreed schedule. A payment plan is not a subscription that can be cancelled after receiving access to the services, unless otherwise stated in writing.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details remain current and that payments are made on time.

  1. Payment Plans

Where we offer a payment plan, this is provided as a courtesy to make our services more accessible.

By agreeing to a payment plan, you are committing to pay the full program or service fee.

Failure to attend sessions, complete modules, participate in calls, use the resources, or access the community does not remove your responsibility to complete payments.

If a payment fails, we may contact you to arrange payment. We reserve the right to pause access to courses, sessions, communities, group coaching, memberships or services until overdue payments are brought up to date.

  1. Refunds & Cancellations

We comply with Australian Consumer Law and your rights under consumer guarantees.

You may be entitled to a remedy if a service is not provided with due care and skill, is not fit for purpose, or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees.

However, change of mind, failure to participate, failure to complete the course, personal circumstances, lack of time, or deciding the program is no longer suitable after access has been provided does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

Where a refund policy applies to a specific course, event, retreat, membership or program, that policy will be provided at the time of purchase or in your signed agreement.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund or remedy, please contact us in writing at [Insert Email] with your name, purchase details and reason for the request.

  1. Online Courses & Digital Products

When you purchase an online course, training, digital product, guide, workbook, replay, video, meditation, audio or downloadable resource, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the material for your own personal development.

You must not copy, reproduce, share, distribute, sell, modify, publish, upload, teach, train others from, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

Access periods may vary depending on the product purchased. Some products may include lifetime access, while others may include limited access. The access period will be explained at the time of purchase.

  1. 1:1 Sessions, Group Coaching & Programs

Sessions may be delivered online, in person, by phone, via video call, or in another format agreed by us.

You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time.

If you need to reschedule a 1:1 session, you must provide at least [Insert Notice Period, e.g. 24 or 48 hours] notice. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited unless otherwise agreed.

Group coaching sessions, live calls and workshops may not be rescheduled for individual participants.

We may record live calls, workshops or group coaching sessions for training, replay or internal use. By participating, you agree that your voice, name, image, comments or contributions may be included unless you notify us in writing beforehand.

  1. Memberships & Subscriptions

If you join a subscription or membership, you agree to pay the recurring fee shown at checkout or agreed in writing.

Membership fees are charged on a recurring basis until cancelled, unless a minimum commitment period applies.

If there is a minimum commitment period, you agree to complete payments for that period before cancellation can take effect.

You may cancel your membership by giving written notice to [Insert Email]. Cancellation will apply from the next billing cycle, provided notice is received at least [Insert Notice Period, e.g. 7 days] before your next payment date.

No refunds are provided for unused membership periods, missed live calls, unused resources or failure to participate, unless required by law.

Event, workshop and retreat bookings may be subject to separate terms, including payment schedules, cancellation policies, travel requirements, accommodation, deposits and transfer rules.

Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

You are responsible for arranging your own flights, transport, visas, insurance, medical requirements and personal expenses unless specifically included in the event package.

We strongly recommend that you obtain appropriate travel insurance for retreats and in-person events.

We reserve the right to change event details, including venue, schedule, facilitators, activities or delivery method where reasonably necessary.

If we need to cancel or postpone an event, we will provide available options, which may include transferring your booking, offering a credit, or providing another remedy as required by law.

  1. Client Responsibility

By participating in our services, you agree to take personal responsibility for your choices, actions, decisions and wellbeing.

You understand that healing and transformation require your active participation.

You agree to communicate respectfully, complete required forms honestly, ask for support when needed, and seek external professional help where appropriate.

  1. Community Guidelines

If you participate in our online communities, Facebook groups, live calls, group coaching, memberships or forums, you agree to behave respectfully.

You must not:

  • Bully, harass, shame, threaten or abuse others.
  • Share another member’s private information.
  • Record or screenshot private group content without permission.
  • Promote your own business, products or services without approval.
  • Give medical, legal, financial or psychological advice unless qualified and authorised to do so.
  • Disrupt the safety or integrity of the group.

We reserve the right to remove any person from a community, program, event or service if their behaviour is harmful, disrespectful, unsafe, inappropriate or disruptive.

Removal due to breach of these Terms does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

  1. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and ask all clients and participants to respect the privacy of others.

You agree not to share private information, stories, screenshots, recordings, personal details or experiences of other participants outside the group or program.

While we ask all participants to maintain confidentiality, we cannot guarantee that other participants will do so.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content created by Relationship Warrior, including but not limited to videos, audios, meditations, workbooks, guides, PDFs, courses, frameworks, healing processes, methods, branding, copy, images, training materials, website content and program content, is owned by or licensed to Relationship Warrior.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to use the materials for your own personal development.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, share, teach, train, publish, upload, modify or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

You agree to use our website lawfully and respectfully.

You must not:

By testing, purchasing and using the neuroVIZR device, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Non-Therapeutic Device:

neuroVIZR is a personal wellness device designed to promote positive neural changes through light and sound stimulation. It is not a medical or therapeutic device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy.

The device and associated programs are intended for personal wellness and relaxation purposes only. If you are seeking treatment for any specific mental or physical condition, please consult with a licensed medical professional.

2. Epilepsy and Seizure Risk:

neuroVIZR should not be used by individuals diagnosed with epilepsy or any condition that may cause seizures. The light and sound stimulation may trigger a seizure in individuals prone to epilepsy, and we strongly advise against the use of neuroVIZR for such individuals.

If you have a history of seizures, please consult with a healthcare provider before using this device.

3. Microdosing and Emotional Response:

Refund requests for purchases made through the Website or other links may be considered at our discretion if submitted within 14 days of the contract conclusion. If you wish to request a refund, the Neurovizer device must be returned in its original condition for inspection. Refunds will only be processed once the product has been received and assessed for any damage or wear. Postage is at the cost of the buyer if returned.

This coaching relationship, as well as all information (recorded or verbal) that the you share with the Coaches as part of this relationship, is bound by the principles of confidentiality. The coaches will also ask other clients to keep any information discussed inside the group, to stay confidential within the group.

Relationship Warrior also uses techniques that can address specific energetic patterns. Our focus is to help balance your energy so you have the opportunity to feel better physically, emotionally and mentally.

Information or services given by the coaches/author/practitioners of Relationship Warrior Pty Ltd through the internet, video conferencing, live events, retreats, telephone or directly cannot replace or substitute for the services of trained professionals in any field, including, but not limited to, mental, financial, medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal fields. To be clear: You, the receiver of information and services from the coach/author/practitioner of Relationship Warrior and you alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by your participation in Relationship Warrior’s “Biohack Your Mindset”community skool group, you agree to not hold us liable for any decisions, actions or results that you make or experience in life due to such participation at any time, under any circumstances.

Intellectual Property

You agree not to copy and share the online training platform links or log in details with other people and under no circumstances are our videos to be recorded and distributed to anyone or any company or posted online.

Indemnification

You agree you will not hold Relationship Warrior Pty Ltd, its shareholders, officers, agents, employees or representatives and coaches liable for any adverse effects, injury, harm, illness or damage alleged to have been caused by the use of our programs, methods and techniques, whether during the online classes, programs, seminars, retreats or at any other time. It is our policy that Relationship Warrior uses techniques that is a supplement to medical care, not a substitute for it. You acknowledge that you will not receive any specific psychological or medical knowledge or information in this course. If you are currently under the care of any health care provider, we recommend that you continue to follow all treatments that have been prescribed for you. If you believe that you have significant health issues or are currently in need of medical care for any reason, we recommend that you consult a doctor or health care worker as soon as possible. Our primary efforts are directed to helping others discover, acquire and activate their own Soul and their abilities to heal themselves.
