10 Easy hacks to gain clarity in your life

Here are 10 tips on how to live your life with greater clarity.

1. CLARITY COMES FROM WITH IN – Clarity comes from with in your inner being, your heart and your soul. Even if you have clarity from an experience, conversation or other outside factors you ability to find clarity lays with in. Clarity is an extremely powerful and high energetic vibration as it carries a state of no resistance. You are the creator of everything and that includes your own clarity or confusion. When you have clarity you are in control and you can launch your desires.

2. BEING MORE CONSCIOUSLY AWARE – Being more aware will help you pick up on the signals and impulses that will help with your clarity. These signs will help you in guiding you on your true path and help with the confidence and knowing that are on the way to realising your dreams.

3. BEING GROUNDED – When you are centred or grounded you are able to control your thoughts better. This will help you to be more relaxed and confident that your thoughts are in alignment with you. Being in alignment will help you to minimise confusion and anxiety. As we know when we are anxious, angry or experiencing grief it is very difficult to get your true clarity as you are coming from a lower energetic place and this will halt clarity. Often when this happens people ask themselves the old common question “What was I thinking”.

4. STOP HANGING OUT WITH THE WRONG TRIBE – If you hang out with people in a tribe that are wondering aimlessly through life or have a low vibration you can find yourself integrating with the wrong tribe. On the other hand hanging out a tribe that is in sink with the energy that you desire will help you with clarity. All successful people are excellent in finding clarity and maintaining that vibration. This is how successful manifestations are created.

5. MENTAL STABILITY– If you are like most people and have relied on drugs and alcohol in the past to get clarity including myself may I add, you will agree that choosing to get clarity through drugs and alcohol is NOT the answer. When your mind and emotions are being altered and distracted from the clarification process you aren’t going to move forward. If anything it will ad to confusion and split energy. Having a clear mind and a clear position is the only way to start to move forward.

6. PLENTY OF SLEEP – When you are tired you brain isn’t performing at its peak and you are more inclined to have a lower concentration level and potentially make bad decisions. When you are constantly sleeping well, this will help in your overall general health of your heart and mind.

7. MEDITATING – Meditating daily will help in resting the mind so it can perform better. It also helps in relaxing, focusing your thoughts and focusing on desired emotions. Being grounded will help in thinking clearly. There are also meditating techniques that I do to remove clutter from my mind so I can access messages from the subconscious mind and source energy. Meditating is extremely powerful. This also a great place to create.

8. ANSWER AND JOURNAL– I run workshops on how to do a Vision Board. Even before the students start the Vision Board I get them to fill out a sheet called a “DREAM SHEET” and a BE, DO ,HAVE Sheet which ask the students to answer certain questions and answer with certain word and use  statements on:
– “I want to BE.”
– “I want to DO.”
– “I want to HAVE.”
This helps them to get laser focused clarity so they can be more aware of their goals and desires before they start to manifest their goals. This is a very powerful exercise. I also teach clients to write down their dreams and goals into a journal. This Journal is designed specifically for downloading your goals for the day, week and year. It also helps in finding clarity and then direction. It’s a very good way to reduce stress as you have a well documented start to a plan and goal.

9. ASK FOR HELP – Ask someone who has mastered the art of having clarity. This could be a mentor, coach, friend or family member. Successful people know only to well how important having clarity and they have a lot of different methods and successful tools that they use to gain clarity and abundance.
The very first thing I do with all my clients is to get clarity on where they are now and where they want to be in regards to their emotions. When clients get stuck I use methods that works with the clients subconscious mind and their higher selves. Once my clients know where they are with their emotions we can then set goals and work with a individualised strategy to get there. The higher the emotions the higher the chances of successful manifestations.

10. WRITE YOUR CURRENT LIFE STORY AND FUTURE LIFE
STORIES – Write in a journal the highlights of, “Your life to this date and then write, “What you would like from your future life.” Writing on paper helps take your thoughts from your mind to paper. This can help you access ideas and emotions and give you greater clarity. This technique is a great way to start the creative process juices flowing and give direction. After we get clear on new life direction we can start to strategies “HOW” we are going to reach our goals.
